Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions Delivery: Items that are held in stock will be despatched by return of post as soon as we have received your payment. We will aim to get your order to you within 3 working days and the price on checkout will include standard parcel delivery. Although we try to maintain stock of all items, shortages can occur. If any item is out of stock, we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery dates. If this is not acceptable we will issue you with a full refund. Local Orders from Alton will be personally delivered by 7pm the following day provided the order is received before 2pm. Local orders are delivered free of charge.
